...another "flying Joyce" photo :). Shot on the beach with a flash attached to the camera. All the credit belongs to my model Joyce who did awesome (and risky) job jumping from that cliff on the left. All I had to do was to adjust the exposure and press the button in time. :) I feel self-conscious submitting a shot almost identical to my recent "Purple" challenge entry, but I was disappointed with the outcome of that challenge (mostly blaming it on myself - I should not have entered it at all because of the basic processing limitations). So here is my attempt to redeem myself and the model. :). I actually like the first photo better (its B&W version, that is), but, alas, I cannot submit it again :)

This is actually a better composition than your purple entry, but I'm really not liking the B&W conversion.

hmm.... haven't I seen this before? If I have, this is MUCH MUCH better than the color version. Nice b&w, great lighting! Nice job.

Well, I see you were able to clone the people out this time around. :-)

Hmm this is tough. I really liked this image in the purple challenge, but I don't like seeing virtually the same image entered twice, so I took major points off for creativity...

Interesting. Great concept, contrast between curves of girl and angles of rocks. Not sure about the title. You might clone out the bird or dust particle off her right thigh, above the two little trees. It's distracting.

DNMC - not enough purple!!!! Still love the light, still hate the rock.

Well lit, nice form, beautiful girl, scary looking jump. . . I think I would have liked this more in color. (I feel like I've seen this somewhere before, as well, but I can't place it. . . )

Lev, the black and white is much better than the color.

I see the man in the bg is gone.

The tonal value is excellent.

Good luck.
