It was taken using a tripod on a overcast and rainy day. I tried several different exposures to change how the water looked and I liked this one the best because it doesn't seem totally burned out and retains some texture within it. I cropped out a stick sticking up in the middle of the white water that distracted from its flow.

not sure what the main focus was in this photo. colors are a little bland.
