I like the petina to shis shot but it might be stretching to fit in as an abstract, strictly speaking from a photographic point of view. (no vote)

More of a landscape shot than abstract to me, but still a strong composition.

This is a really cool shot. The boats are a bit surreal sitting there... if I didn't know this was a challenge with rules I would think they were added as part of a collage. I'm not sure though if this shot would be considered abstract, surreal perhaps, but I think for it to be abstract it would have to be a lot less clear what you were looking at. But it is very clearly some boats on sand. If you had cropped it in a way to where the boats weren't recognizable as such, I think it would work. Perhaps get the tips of the noses in only.
