 Turned out to be a rather short session that day. My friend was getting used to some new mods on his bike that screwed up the feel a bit.

Lighting was a bit more difficult for other shots during this time as the sun had gone behind the hills. As you might have noticed, this shot is lit from my SB-600 strobe on the camera. I would have liked, of course, to have a bit less movement in the wheels. Only touchup here was to let Photoshop adjust the contrast for me and remove a small smudge on the bottom of the frame.

The title adds nothing to the shot - how do we tell it's a warmup? What relevance is that?, centered compositon also lets it down

if the composition wwas different, i think it would have worked better. but other then that, i love the moment you did capture. its really cool, and in perfect focus
