Not sure what the statute would have looked like in the image, but it would likely explain the point/theme to which your title refers (I do get your photo though!)? Way to challenge the literalites in using their imagination.

I am impressed with the creative thought put into this beautiful and abstract piece of art. This work is a welcome tangent to the tedious and uninteresting snapshots of dusty old roads or calm streams. For those of you unperceptive enough to take note of the inanimate man appearing to leap over the violently thrashing waters beneath, this image certainly does portray that of a road (which can also refer to a path, or a means of arriving to a destination, including aqueous mediums) which one would not want to frequently travel. I applaud this refreshingly original piece, and do not doubt that the beauty of this fine piece reflects that of the photgrapher's mind.
