 I have always wanted to take some pictures at Crosby, Merseyside (UK) of the Antony Gormley 'Iron Men', a modern art installation termed 'Another Place'.
Lucky for me this weekend was one I thought would give a nice sunset for my picture, and luckily it wasn't too bad (Wish that the large band of cloud in the distance was a little further away). With experience I think i'd be able to improve the foreground, which looks a bit dull.

I opened the raw file with some colour tweeking, then did some levels adjustments and hey presto!

Any feedback on improvements are greatly appreciated, as i'm not really sure of the best way to take such silluotte pictures.

A powerful image, not because of its technicalities or the visual impact, as much as for the invitation for mediatation.

OH WOW, you were at Crosby beach. I'm surprised I didn't bump into you! (whoever you are). I was there over the bank holiday weekend as my parents live 5 mins from the beach. Nice....
