 Too light/ not enough contrast. A real 5 shot.... Hope not, a 5.5 will be more fair and a 6 very nice.

Well done in showing that "abstract" doesn't mean that there can't be something familiar in your image. You've done a great job at controlling the background to really put emphasis on your subject.
