Doesn't quite work for me, I can understand the difficulty in getting a shot from a plane but the overly obvious blur makes the image hard to look at although the shadow is kinda neat.

That's kind of cool. The motion blur hurts, though. Probably no way around that, of course.

For the uniqueness and observation, it's a 10. But, it's just too blurry to give a 10 so I'll go the next best: 9
