A very nice visual and creative take. Some might give you negative points DNMC points for the bit of color there. If others didn't mention it in their comments, it was quite alright to use desaturation in PP here.
The lighting looks good, I like the bit of halo from lighting the bulb from the top.(no vote) |

| I think this is a nice image, although I'd like it better if it were really white instead of gray. But for this challenge, I'm too drawn to the bulb instead of exploring the shapes and textures. |
