Took several shots for this challenge. Think this one might actually do some good with the repeating overall pattern, the lines, the triangles, the dark pattern, the light pattern, etc. But I'm scared to feel too good about it. Been there, done that, got the 4.x :)
Minor adjustments in lightroom (RAW Development and crop)
then in PS CS3: Noiseware, Mode LAB, Lightness Levels Layer, Mode RGB, Channel Mixer, Gradient Map with Zone Method Zones, Levels Layer, Brightness Contrast Layer, Shadows/Highlights, Resize, Border
