 There was a huge thunderstorm and downpour just before this photo was taken. Many of the butterflies were drying their wings. It was a great opportunity to capture them with their wings open.

The butterfly on the flower was attracting a lot of attention from amorous suitors like this one flying above her. I believe these are called Piano Key butterflies.

Because I used the Panasonic, I had to deal with a lot of noise. There was the toss up between noise with detail, or no noise with a plastic look. I hope I got this enough in the middle to satisfy most viewers.

Is the top one flying! Wow, good timing. Saturation is a bit much and the green appears noisy. Like the overall feel and composition. Good job.

Lucky you - 2 butterflies! The green leaves are a little too noisy or maybe oversharpened. The orange flowers/butterflies are perfect.
