the Wyeth House in Cushing, Maine

dup layer
hue/sat green, -100% sat (did this while I was trying to follow some scripted formula off the web, but for this shot at least, the maneuver appeared to have no effect at all)
same hue/sat, master hue to +125 or so, master sat to around +50
auto levels
another hue/sat, and reduce red sat to around -100
blend this layer in luminosity mode at 95% (or to taste)
flatten
auto levels again
hue/sat again, this time take yellow sat down to -48
high pass, 3.0, in overlay mode 100%

for old weathered wood, I usually prefer this color palette. when I set WB, I usually go for this look. but I have to admit, I kind of like your blue version just as much. It lends a certain coolness that looks kind of winterly.

Cool old house. I like this one the best of your Neopolitan collection, the tone suits it well.
