 Boosted exposure in RAW a bit, then contrast upped, hue/sat adjustment layer, green and red sat boosted. Convert to LAB color, boosted lights and pulled down darks a little, back to RGB. Unsharp mask. Wish I could do something about the left side background and the dirt between his nose and lips. His lance is okay. Trying for kind of a comic book/illustration effect.

My first challenge after my resolve to just play the game, with no big concern about the outcome.
