I know you are phtographing the lake, and not especially the mountain, but I think a
bit less foreground, and a little more headroom over the mountain might have made a better-balanced picture. But it would be more conventional, and this is unusual. |

there would be some shrinkage factor on this lake.. |

This is a beautiful shot IMO, I like the foreground ice and how it is diagonal, and the mountain is of course spectacular, the combo for your combination works very nicely. Well done, in my top 5 for this challenge. |

Beautiful..nice range of distances from close up to distant. My only problem is the intense blue water seems to start very abruptly around the ice.looks a little unnatural. |

I don't see a "village" but this is nice, especially the colors. One small suggestion: move the main hill a little off center. I hope you don't get beaten up in the voting too badly. |

Great scene, the wide angle works also very well, except for the distortion that comes along with it. |

Glacier Park in late spring! How gorgeous it is! Love the depth of field, the clarity of the foreground water, the view towards those incredible mountains... this is lovely! |

Very nice composition, I like the layering effect of the brown rocks, then gray ice, then blue water, green trees, white snow, gray/brown mountain - blue sky. |

The shot makes it seem as though you took it from your feet to your eyes...splendid! |

Great low viewpoint - would love an additional point of foreground interest such as a larger pebble jutting out of the water or a piece of driftwood against the rich colours of the pebbles beneath. |

Glacier! one of my favorite places. Lovely shot, and cool to see the ice break up. Love it there, lucky you!! Nice postcard shot. |

Great pic, fanstastic depth of field. I would have offset the mountain a little bit, it looks kinda weird bang in the middle. 8 |
