( Did I at least spell the title right this week! LOL) I was walking to the florists today....you know...banmorn...flowers...abut all he shoots. So along the way I crossed over to Pine Street and walked along our Antiques Row. I had been by yesterday and saw a display of Marionettes and masks in one of shop's windows. I had shot a picture of this particular store years ago and they liked it very much. But as I looked at the display again and again, I just couldn't see doing it without moving other display items in order to get a clean shot and I did not want to ask to have things moved to take a picture, so I walked on.
On the same block was another, much smaller store that I was not really familiar with. Guess what was inside. Like a billion, well actually literally hundreds, DOLLS....nothing else...just dolls. I looked and looked and well I have a problem with asking so I looked some more and went up the street. About a block away, I thought...Oh come on...be a little less timid and just ask. The owner could only say no. So I asked, explaining about DPC and the Challenge and could I take some pictures and sbe said, "Don't know why not, EVERYONE else does!" LOLOLOL! So in I crept in and shot away for about 15-20 minutes or rather until she said, "How many pictures are yhou going to take?" I think it was near closing time and I wasn't buying? But I stuck around and finally found a composition I liked and this is it.
MANY, many Thousands of thanks to Carol at Deja Vu Collectibles, Inc. for letting me shoot at her store. If you would, when the challenge is over and maybe reading this and if you wouldn't mind, please give her your vote for the my fox philly's HOT LIST. (You'll need to create an account...sorry...got to Hot List, Category Shopping, Children's Gifts and vote for Deja Vu Collectibles.)

I shot for Over Exposed as well and thought I had a pretty good one...but the deciding factor was some spots other the dust, on part of the center of the image. I'll post in the outtakes next week. Gotta go vote for Carol and send her a copy of the entry.

I really like this photo. -- most likely because I've got 2 young daughters who are currently into dolls and singing. Anyway, this shot resonated with me and I gave it the highest score.
