 Decided to try a black and white one again, little bit of camera shake due to long exposure. I was tempted to take my hand off of the camera but it was in the middle of the road and a speedy exit may have been needed!

I like this. The perspective looks great. As for the blur, I'd have made it more blurry just to add the drama.

I agree with brownsm that the perspective is great and that the blur adds a certain mood to the shot, almost creepy:)

I like the perspective and composition. Yes, a little motion blur-as you are aware. Could have tried setting the camera down on the road itself. You could hold you hand on the top of it for your "quick exit".
