It's probably a stretch, but I'm just too darn proud of this picture to not submit it for a challenge :)

I really like the composition and the high key exposure, but: I don't see safety.

Great shot. Beautiful eyes. It doesn't shout safety to me but still a great portrait.

Nice photo, well shot and presented. Lovely girl. A bit of a shoehorn, though.

A gorgeous portrait - the tones and exposure are perfect! I can see this used as a "reason for safety" kinda thing - ie a reason to wear your seatbelt, don't drink and drive, pay up your life insurance, etc.

This in pushing the challenge category too much - otherwise very nice portrait.

Sweet portrait, but it's a bit of a stretch. I have come back to bump you up a bit because it really is a lovely picture.

Really? Very cute photo. To me, a shoehorn that will probably beat the cr*p out of many photos that are obviously concerning safety.

Back to comment and bump: Safety is a tough subject for a challenge and I can see how you think this image fits the challenge. I understand how a child does not smile if she feel unsafe. Hopefully, the DNMC Police don't hit you too hard, as this connection safety doesn't hit you over the head. I like your b&w conversion very much.

Good photo, but I don't think it captures safety.

there's a horn in your shoe.

Doesn't meet the challenge in my eyes, save for the title. It's a cute portrait and pretty clear but her face is a wee bit blown out.

How so??? Great photo that DNMC.

A beautiful photo but shoehorned too much for me. Sorry.

Absolutely beautiful photo. Nice use of a shallow DOF... her face is crystal clear and sharp. Well done... think this should do well.

Just a beautiful, BEAUTIFUL portrait.

Think it's not really for this challenge - but so beautiful!
