 This is a self portrait, although I had my 7 year old clicking the shutter. I struggled with what to shoot. I love portraits and thought this was a way to incorporate safety but still stay true to the kind of photography I enjoy. My guess is the subtlety of the safety glasses won't be appreciated by voters, but I'm okay with that.

I could kick myself for leaving the ISO set to 800, which left me with a noise problem to try to fix.

Lightroom - exposure, white balance, noise reduction, sharpen, contrast, recovery, clarity, vibrancy (I think that's it)

Nice image. It's nice and sharp... I like the angle too. The gloves and the green background don't work for me... I find them both very distracting. The crop might be a little too tight too, though, I'd have to see the original to be sure. Well done.

Good contrast and colour and the focus is spot on. I like the tilt of the head also. 9/10

Would work as a safety poster or an add for safety glasses. Excellent choice to meet the theme, very well executed.

Good clean photo. I could honestly see this photo being on TV or in a magazine. The colors look perfect and I like how the DOF forces your to concentrate on the persons face.

Fantastic clarity, except on the end of his nose where it seems to lose focus a bit. This is a really great shot.
