An interpretation of a classic. Good idea to illustrate this. |

Might have had more impact if we could see the face. |

Not my favorite in the bunch but it certainly fits the challenge and is well executed: 10 |

This was actually one of the first things I thought of when I saw the subject for this challenge, and I'm glad someone did it! :) The foreward-most part of the arrow is a bit too blurry for me; I probably would've gone with closer cropping. I like the black and white, but I also think the color version would be neat to see as well. :) Overall, its a decent photo and a great take on this challenge. |

I would of like to see the face and the color of the apple. |

despite what the shot is conveying, still comes across very static |

I think this might have looked better in color, especially with a pretty red apple against the green trees in the background. The lighting looks like it came from an on-camera flash, but natural lighting might have been a bit more appealing. |

Good idea but I don't care for the composition, the depth of field or the lighting. Would have been really impressive if you could have gotten the arrow in flight just before impact. Obviously it has to be, but you don't want it to look staged and this just looks staged. I give you credit for trying though and like I said... Good idea! |
