| the sweepy feel of the clouds is a nice contrast to the cityscape - but i am not a fan of the the choice of composition with the horizon so low |

| seems a tad blurry, not sure if it is noise, an unsteady tripod or the lack of sharpening. |

Great Impact.
The skyline is a bit blurred as you know, but that doesnt matter, the focus here is the overall scene.
