 Shot the same day as my Portrait 03. The background was a real pain to get like this and I don't care for it, too boring. It was a brand new stiff sheet with shadows, so lots of PS to get it pure white.

Besides the background, I did a bit of work on her eyes and teeth, hopefully not too much.

Edit: we had nearly a foot of rain over the weekend and record flooding so pictures had to be taken indoors.

Great lighting indeed. Her eyes complement her red outfit beautifully, and that effect would have been lost on a colored or busier background. Without the tilt, I think some of the linear features here (her long hair, collar and wide glasses) would have been lost.

Wow, she looks so different with/without the glasses. I honestly wouldn't have picked her as the same person, but now that you mention it, of course it is!

Her eyes and teeth look natural. The lighting is great, particularly considering that she's wearing glasses. I agree with your decision to use the angle for the shot. I just tried rotating it to the vertical, and it immediately looks like a passport photo :) A good one though!
