I really like the catchlights in her eyes in this. She's very photogenic. The soft, quiet light suits this nicely.

I think you've done a great job with this portrait. You seem to be losing a bit of detail in parts of the hair and also due to the dark colour of her eyes but that's about all I can pick on.
