 My wife is linked to 1 of 19 falsely accussed and Hanged at the Salem Witch Trials. We were there for the 316th Anniversary.
Honestly, no offense, but I don't care how the photo rates with your votes. I sumbitted this because I wanted Samuel Wardwell's name to be heard, and to celebrate the anniversary of his death with a special photo on this day. So thank you to all for your comments and support of this special moment.

Nicely done! The perspective of the rose gives it depth. The mindset of the people then was so bizarre, but we're starting to see a resurgence of that mindset in today's modern world. I almost wouldn't be surprised to see witch trials in the future.

I've never seen a tombstone with the manner of execution/death inscribed on it before! I like it though (not to be morbid...) -- it just gives more of an emotional connection to this Samuel Wardwell (especially when captioned with your title). Great photo!
