| The balance in this composition really compliments the subject. Also love the color combination of blue sky and so green trees. |

| With that lawn, I hope it is NT$ that the asking price is being measured in...Great sky color and the trees are perfect. One thing to think about is to maybe crop a little more of the sky out in favor of a larger representation of the building. |
