Nice photo. Looks a bit flat though. And not 100% sure how this relates to proportion.

That particular green and that red always have a 3D effect.

I don't think the pink flowers in the imafe add anything to the image. For this to really stand out I think the grass needs to stand out and you need to lose the plant at the top and those in bottom right.

The lighting is too flat, your stems have disappeared. Something's too hot about the reds, as well. I think it is the effect of using the flash with the non-directional sunlight. Try disabling your flash, and taking more pictures!

There is limited detail in the red tulips. Perhaps a shallower depth of field and focus more on the flowers, less on the pine tree and grass. The idea of the pink to red ratio is interesting but technically I don't think you pulled it off.
