I like the vignette and composition here, but I guess for a picture like this I'm looking for a little more eye candy. A bright fred apple, looooong black fingernails, that kind of thing.

Extremely tight focus, well lit and shot. I see the irony in the apple in that one side is red and healthy, while the darker side looks wormy and bruised. Very well executed!
