the harsh lighting does not help the feel of the image - the facial expression is good but the choice to use a plastic frog gives this a bit of a cheap feel

Aw, c'mon, he doesn't even look slimey! Had to go read the tale to understand the "golden" ball ;-)

Cute expression and a very colorful photo. (A rubber frog?)

Love the disgusted face. What's that yellow thing in her hand, frog repellent?

Kinda funny, but very contrived. I know, most of the entries in a fairy tale challenge are going to be contrived, but not all of them look that way. I guess it's the props (fake frog and the yellow ball) that make this feel gimmicky. Her expression is fun, the lighting and glare on her costume is a little strong. Good luck in the challenge.

The angle of this makes it really hard to feel the entire story. Your model has a great expression on her face, but since you are level (or perhaps slightly higher) then her head...it is getting lost. Also, my eyes are drawn to the negative space above her arm. I'm not sure if that is because the colors of everything else all demand attention and my brain can't process them all at once, or if that is just where the focal point is.

I can tell that you and your model had loads of fun with this though...and isn't enjoyment one of the reasons why you do this? :)

I see you are in love with him by the expression...

Lovely expression of disgust. Did he get his kiss?

Nice use of colour, the costume is cool. The light on the clothes is harsh in places, on-camera flash is maybe to blame?

the lighting is a little harsh on the subject. I also wish you could have a better shot of her face, because it looks like a great expression
