If you lightly burn the far side of her right cheek nearest her hair and blend forward, you can give the appearance of a shadow which will make her appear to be skinnier. Same idea for the underside of her right arm. Putting shadow there will make her arm look smaller. (this kind of stuff is better done with lighting, but you can fake it in photoshop with a little work) |

The background and the hair seem to run together for some reason. That may be because the image is overall a bit soft. I would do a couple things. I would mess with tone channels then unsharp mask the image. A bit of added contrast might make everything pop. |
