nice lighting, suggests workout more than work but I consider a workout to be hard work anyway ;)
I suspect this might be Timfy as it has that sort of lighting style. |

| Like the composition and lighting but the dark T-shirt blending into the background is a little distracting. |

| the bell (i'm assuming it is one) is a bit dark and not very well distinguished from the background. Lighting on the arm is good but it gets a bit messy top right :( Maybe a snoot pointed at the bell would have brought it out better while still keeping the lighting on the arm. |
