Converted from RAW in Lightroom. Cropped, resized, a bit of curves and hue/sat, slight rotation, another curves tweak, SFW.

Nice image - Like the feel to this and think there could have been some great potential here - I think I would crop the top of the wall to one more set of bricks above the hard hat to make this almost a square picture - I also think this would make a really nice gritty BW
