Hmm not sure if this is just a desat but if so I think it would have worked better as a pure B&W conversion which would have increased the contrast a bit more. Extremely busy background but even so I like the feel of the shot.

I can be quite hard to pull off a good undersaturated shot, but I think this one qualifies. Nice work.

I like the officer, and placement of the bike. I think a tighter crop up top would have removed the disorienting line of the windows.
