At the top of the hill in Rüdesheim, there's this giant monument thingie, which really couldn't be seen today at all, even when standing right next to it. Wee bit foggy. There are these placards that tell the history of it. Those you could see.

Holy friggin mistake Deb! Why did you not enter this in a Free Study????? I really like the fog and the sepia tone. Almost every object in the image with the exception of the dog is vertical. Oh, and the little circle thing on the ground. Outstanding.

Another wonderful photo, Deb. Good symmetry yet each part has it's own story. Amazing.

really like the way you processed this. Somehow the vignette effect really enhances the fog. Well spotted.

I love the repeating threes.. three humans, three signs, three fence posts.. then you have that wonderful dog to throw everything off.. great composition.. the circle in the foreground adds a degree of interest.. a symbol of the infinite.

Why did we let you enter this side challenge? This is spectacular as usual. The fog just makes this! Beautiful use of sepia as well.
