There should be few or more clothes, I feel. It looks more beautiful.

Sasha looks decidedly uncomfortable, maybe some clothes would help?!!!

She somehow doesn't look too comfortable, I guess it could be because of the surroundings, or maybe the wall was simply damned cold.
Not sure if that was on camera flash, if so I think having it (or the light you were using) on the other side would create a less distracting shadow.
I do like how the light comes in from the far left, and also how the skin tone and the color of the wall match.
