This is home to a single mom and three kids.

I knew I shot this one too dark. Yes it is camping trailer, (caravan), what I failed to illustrate very well is that it is damaged, there are no wheels (it is sitting on the ground), and the derelict boat, might make people think that it is usable.

I think this is one of those situations where you had to have seen something like this to understand it. (And I have seen it so I got where you were going with it.) The real story tho is the mom and what she is experiencing. The story of her life is what intrigues me now.

I just could not really see the poverty. An RV and camping boat could been in some communities be a sign of affluence. Nicely caught image and I liked the monochrome finsih

Don't know about poverty, how much would one of those things cost.... and a boat to boot!

interesting title. i think the picture is quite touching with the vehicle section of the trailer boarded up and all....

Are you sure these folks are'nt just on a holiday? ;) Does'nt matter..the idea you are conveying is good and it works well in sepia. I would have liked to see some more space on the left though as it's a bit of a tight crop.

Sorry, but I don't really see the poverty in this. Looks like a reasonably expensive caravan.
