 This is totally a last minute entry. Was going to use this for the macro side challenge and decided to enter it just for the hell of it. Sure, it's a shoehorn that should get a few DNMCs and perhaps I can get my first brown. Ok, probably not.

Used my Tamron 90mm macro with my Nikon 50mm reversed & strapped (taped actually) on the end.

interesting approach to this subject, but doesnt really scream poverty to me. without the headline I was really confused as to what I was looking at. Creative approach, and different, but not quite "there".

I just did not get the the idea behind this picture. Even the title leaves me confused. But it is an interesting crop of a dime

I like the abstractish quality of the close-up. I like the framing of the torch off-center. Try this again for the "Money" challenge and you might do well! It probably does convey money better than poverty.
