Shot with on-camera flash beneath the concave underside of a large chrome sculpture along Michigan Avenue at night. Additional lights surrounding the structure provided most of the reflected, distorted lights.
The only (actual) motion in this shot was the removal of my hand the instant after the flash went off at the beginning of this long exposure.
