This made me think of some monstrous rusted angry mechanical toucan looking to chomp its 'beak' down on yet another victim...
Course, it could be a pair of rusted shears too...
Great shot, I really liked the initial 'Zaaa!' this shot said to me. |

| Creative perspective. I would want to see something this close-up not have a shadow in the joint between blades. Also seems a bit overexposed on the screw head. |

| awesome colors, this is the color that I think of when I (stress that part) think rust, not a lot of people had such a nice rich red-orange. |

I am overwhelmed by the color and glare. I am also lost as to what I am observing. I find the background to be completely bland and uninteresting.

| Nice close up of tinsnips (?). This has an interesting abstract quality about it. Think the color is a little overdone--too unreal for my tastes. Think the background in the upper right could be cropped out, it doesn't seem to add anything. |
