Teach him to tune a piano and he can eventually buy his own fish.

This is a very unique motion blur. I'm wondering how you did it. I think I know, but not sure. Anyway, very interesting technique here. Only wish your subject was more interesting. Your title is confusing... You cant really tell what the woman is doing.
