 Thanks for the comments! This is a lot of layered texures, I drew the hand, the eyes, & the teeth. I have drawn screaming people for many years, I don't know why.

...sweet Jesus! I think what' really missing from the compositon is a set of eyes. They should be plain, quite dark and maybe on the "dead" side. Awesome!
