 It's been awhile since this challenge and I'm looking back at old entries to see what went wrong. In this one, I can see the adjustments needed in contrast and sharpness but, I still fail to see a lack of interest in this shot. The couple WERE together btw and the guy on the phone seemed to be getting upset with someone and confused.

Frankly, I do feel that there was interest in the photo...moreso than those who captured someone walking past a billboard, sign in a store window or graffiti. But, that's my tastes.

Wow I am surprised this scored low. It;s in black and white and kind of moody lol. What do these voters want? hehe

I like how both of them are looking down at the same time. And it makes you wonder why he's on the phone instead of interacting with her. Good for you for getting out and taking shots of people - I'm too chicken to do that unless we are in a super huge crowd lol.

Well, keep up with it and try it out with your new camera too and see what happens!

What do you want this image to tell the viewer? How does this engage us or make us spend more than 2 seconds voting on it? Is there something here that you see or feel that you want me to know or is this a picture that technically meets the challenge so you entered it? Yes the woman behind him has some interest with her head down and I can wonder what she may be thinking, but overall the image falls short of being meaningful to me.

I don't get the impression these two are together, just in the proximity of each other. A nice glance into two different expressions.
