Wow - there's a lot to look at in this shot. I'm wondering if there would be a way to get more direct lighting on the pin/hinge to emphasize it. Might help as I think there isn't enough contrast between the design elements to really bring this image to its potential.

This in looks a bit flat, could have been more alive with better lighting and shadows in it, I guess the sun was not shining at all that day, anyway its sharp and good detiails but I feel the composition could be a little different as this one seems a little unstable if you know what I mean :o like all the weight is in the right side. Good luck ;)

Blue and rust go together well. The subject though is quite erratic. Cropping just to the right of the hole on the right hand side helps a little to reduce the confusion.
