| The blur, which I assume are cars going by, isn't very obvious. Colors, focus, etc are right on. |

I like this photo a lot, The red line accross the middle of the photo is a bit distracting - I know it can not be helped in long exposure shots, but maybe you had one without it in? for me that dropps the pic from a 8 to a 7.
Well done none the less, it is the type of photo, the Diner should buy from you - or at least free ice creams for the rest of the year?

| It seems like this is almost not blurry enough - It took me a minute to find the red light streaks of motion. |

| That flag/ telephone pole really adds lot to the picture. The composition is very good, I might have included a little less of the road, but I like your take. |
