 taken with a zone plate; not the best environment - needs more light to bring out the best glowing attributes of zone plate. ---actually, what I mean by "best environment" is more light than what was available at the time. Woods are always a good environment. ;)

And it begins! I agree with you in that it is lacking that zone plate glow, but it's still an awesome image. It could be a still from on old timey horror movie.

This is lovely, very mysterious. The grain is nice on this it makes it look like an old newspaper clipping.

Thanks for starting this Karen, should be a fun month ;)

If its fine I might nip to the woods myself tomorrow as this kind of scene is great for pinhole/zone work. I was going to say timeless but its definatly dated ;)

This reminds me of how I see when I dream, in part because of the Zoneplate attributes and partly because of the way you used light and shadow to create the mood. I really like how the tree trunks seem to dissolve into the shadows. Makes me feel I really can't trust the shadows in this dream.
