 A white frost covered feather from a Whopper Swan. They leave almost at the same moment as the spot is ice covered.

Slightly massaged in Lightroom.
Levels, curves, saturation, usm and save for the web.

But i think this choise had been better:

Can't believe this isn't in the top 10. Beautiful image, I don't get how anyone couldn't see it's a feather. I gave this 10, you've been robbed.

Nice. Not sure the distant tree line adds anything here, so maybe a downward perspective would have been a better choice?

Interesting ice formation. Your DOF is a little too shallow for me. I would have liked to see all the ice in focus. No vote just comments
