-Levels adjustment layer, moved the white slider up slightly as the light looked a little flat.
-Flattened that, still needed more contrast.
-Duplicate of background, changed mode to soft light and reduced the opacity to about 50% and did a curves adjustment on it to make the dragon stand out more.
-added border
