This caught my eye right away. First, it's wide - I love wide. Second, excellent perspective! Third, monotone, which I prefer often over color (and given this subject, not sure I can even see it in color in my mind's eye). And finally, really an extremely well balanced composition, with exceptional sharpness and detail throughout. This is wide done very well! |

Thanks for the wonderful comment. I found this in a small ghost town named Bankhead near Banff. Its a pneumatic train car that they used to use to transport coal and people in and out of the coal mine. It was a cool little place to visit and couldn't help but process the photo this way, it just seemed to fit :)
