There was a blacksmith shop located on my property over 100 years ago. I'm always finding a variety of rusty metal. Most of the items are horse shoes, mule shoes, hand made bolts, and hinges. This one, however, is a mystery.

I really love the look of this, the contours are quite fun as are the shadows within the texture. I might like to see the focus even crisper, but it's a great subject for this challenge. Good luck!

There's an out of focus area near the upper right which is distracting, but you have a great eye for composition.

Nice abstraction! I only wish there was a little greater depth of field to bring all the elements into focus. And thank you for not overprocessing the color.

Very interesting pattern. Maybe crop circles? Light, cropping, DOF all work. I just do not see myself hanging this for display.
