| Poor Irene, you're always "in the kitchen". At least you're doing fun things in your kitchen, too. They use similar stuff (Tin-and-Lead alloy)for stained glass windows, too. This seems like a "Macro puzzle" photo. |

Well.. this photo first aroused my interest with it's contrasting textures and sense of smooth repetitive motion patterns. The beautiful monotone conversion is a nice perk! |

| Oooh this is lovely. Not only a great composition (the way the weight sits so heavily on one side against that one slender coil creates quite a tension, for me) but also beautifully sharp and with such a lovely shallow DOF. Mmmmm! |

| Fantastic strong Industrial feel - right on the nail in terms of the challenge. Lovely clarity. I like the way that the right hand "side" of the reel runs down the centre of the image, and the cut end forming a "dot" to punctuate the right hand side. |
