The noise works so well here, this is such a poignant shot. Sad and intriguing at the same time.

I believe the texture in this is noise. Sometimes for texture I'll use a b/w adjustment layer applied (mostly) in multiply or overlay mode. Also, I am playing with Nik Color Efex and sometimes like the Tonal Contrast applied in different modes for texture.
There may have been movement on the decorative leaves on the right. I walked in and out of the cooler during the exposure. Good eye.

You always seem to manage this lovely texture to your pinhole shots - is there added texture, or is it all due to noise? The flowers appear dejected, and weeping, very emotive. Can't figure out the bit on the right side, midway up - was there some motion there during the exposure?

Sometimes I think these lenses are so good at creating 'Art' you can point the cam at anything and turn out a printable shot. I think this is great as I (the viewer) am forced to go back in time to imagine how the rest of the room looks.
