 The original is all white - a stack of printer paper against a paler white background. The blue color comes from tweaking the colour temp and curves in DPP, and then further tweaking curves, hue/sat and selective colour in CS 2. Also, used USM slightly, and few Noise reduction passes, and a I think I also used a levels adjustment. Added a border. Then adjusted image size and saved for the web. The black area at the bottom of the shot is the edge of my dark glass tabletop - not a border. Oh - also, had exposure comp set to -1 1/3 to get the lighting right on the original.
